Returns & Refunds Policy




Custom-Made Products



All of our number plates are custom-made to order based on the registration and specifications you provide.


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights.


For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any number plates unless they are faulty or damaged.





Damaged or Faulty Items



If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


To be eligible:


  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue and packaging



Once reviewed, we will offer either:


  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, where appropriate






Incorrect Information Provided



Please ensure all details (including registration, spacing, and sizing) are entered correctly before placing your order.


We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, and products made using incorrect information are not eligible for refund or return.





Road Legal Orders & Documentation



For road legal plates, you are required to provide valid documentation.


Failure to supply documents may result in:


  • Delays in processing
  • Order cancellation



Refunds in these cases are issued at our discretion.





Order Cancellations



Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as the item is personalised specifically for you.


If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after ordering and we will try to assist where possible.
